Kitchen Usage Agreement for Non Cooking Groups Meeting in Social Hall

The responsible party or parties agrees to:

If the use is on a regular basis, an active member of the group should attend a kitchen use training that is made available at least once annually.
Please ask for permission before using any equipment, utensils or items from the kitchen from the undersigned Tree of Life Admin.
Storing any food in the fridges without expressed permission from the undersigned a Tree of Life Admin is not permitted.
Any food or products from the kitchen, social hall and pantry area that was not brought in by the group should not be used. This includes items such as condiments, paper products, and spices.
After requesting and being approved to use any kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc, the kitchen items should be hand washed and left in the left most of the three basin sink to be sanitized by the kitchen staff.
You will only use the handwashing sink and 3 compartment sink (not the single food prep sink) When finished the sinks will be rinsed and empty drains after use to be free from debris.
Lastly, all lights should be shut off and close and lock all doors to the kitchen.

Failure to comply with the rules can result in termination of Social Hall usage.

This should be printed and signed by individuals who want to use the kitchen. An administrator should also sign this.
