Festival of Trees Admin Staff Availability Policy

Church administrative staff and ministry directors are expected to be fully available to support the Festival of Trees event.

Blackout Period for Time Off

• Church administrative staff and ministry directors are **not permitted to request time off** from the **Monday before the Festival of Trees** through the **Thursday after the Festival of Trees**.
• The specific dates for each year’s blackout period are listed on the Festival of Trees Calendar page.

Expectations for Participation

• All church administrative staff and ministry directors are expected to:
  • Be present and available during the blackout period.
  • Assist with setup and tear-down for the Festival of Trees.
  • Support not only their own assigned trees or areas, but also help with other trees and event needs as directed.
• Final coordination of roles and tasks will be determined by the Festival of Trees Committee and/or church leadership.
