Classroom Tablets

The classroom staff are provided with 2 tablets for work related tasks. It may be used to take photos, post and read Slack messages, show the children lesson related songs/videos, view our CCTV, etc. More than 15 minutes TOTAL of video watching by the children per day must have Administration approval. Morning and afternoon staff should be sure to consult each other to ensure that lessons and activities are planned accordingly. Staff are expected to have at least one tablet in each classroom or outside when caring for the children. Personal use of the tablets is prohibited. Tablet use by the children is prohibited. Closing staff will ensure that the tablets are plugged in to charge overnight at the end of their shift.
