Career Lattice

Brookline Sprouts encourages all staff to pursue higher levels of education and professional development in order that we might collectively provide the highest quality care possible for the children we serve.

Staff are required to complete (and renew as requested) the Career Pathway in the PA Keys PD registry as well as maintain their personal CQI goals and PD Self-Assessments.

Classroom and teacher observations will be used to help support staff in electing professional development courses to strengthen their skill sets.

Opportunities to help staff advance on the career lattice may be made shared via conversation, print materials, email, through Slack, or at staff meetings.
