CDBG Procurement

PROCUREMENT. In accordance with applicable Federal regulations including

but not limited to 2 CFR 200.317 - 200.326, SUBRECIPIENT shall comply with current CITY

procurement rules and policies concerning the purchase of equipment and/or services and shall

maintain inventory records of all non-expendable personal property as defined by such policy as

may be procured with funds provided herein. Except as may be required by applicable federal

regulations including but not limited to 2 CFR 200.317 - 200.326, SUBRECIPIENT shall procure

all materials, property, or services in accordance with said CITY procurement rules and policies.
