When a board vote is necessary on a salary line item, the board vote must include:

# The previous salary written in dollar format ($00000 annual or $00.00 / hour)
# The new proposed salary written in dollar format.
# The date of the effect of the new salary. This date should be cross referenced with payroll to be in alignment on a proper day to match payroll.
# If a retroactive paydate is proposed, it should be communicated in the proposal.
# If possible, the date of the last salary adjustment should be included as well.
# Housing allowance requests should include all necessary details about the salary which includes a breakdown specifically of which portion is Salary and Which Portion is Housing and specifically write the Gross payment with housing and salaries separated in the motion.
