View source for DHS Required Contents of Child Files

Child Files must have the following according to [http://www.pacodeandbulletin.gov/Display/pacode?file=/secure/pacode/data/055/chapter3270/chap3270toc.html&d= DHS regulations 123, 181, and 182]. All previous papers should ALWAYS be kept. For example: 

* an expired health report for a child who has been enrolled for 18 months still shows we had it within 60 days of enrollment
* an original ECS to show previous pickup individuals, etc.

# Complete Emergency Contact Sheet
# Health Report less than 12 months old within 60 days of start
## more than vaccine record - full report
## flu shot less than 12 months old, or note for abstaining
# Enrollment Packet paper, especially:
## Emergency Care/First Aid
## Transportation
## Walking Trips
## Water Activities
## Hand Sanitizer
# Agreement (contract) with enrollment date and signatures
# "6 month file check" signatures
# Child Service Report within 60 days of start and every 6 months after
# Dietary and medication permissions where applicable (medicine permissions may be kept with meds instead of in file drawer)
