Incentive Wage Increase Other Comments
ServSafe Manager $0.50/hour May be a first time or a renewal, as long as it was the first time the credential is held during their employment at ToL AND was not already a requirement related to provisional hire.
CDA Completion $0.50/hour This is for Sprouts teaching staff only, unless otherwise stated by a department head ahead of time
Completion of all DHS Requirements for Classroom Staff $0.25-0.50/hour Will be stated in the employee's offer letter.
Completion of all STARs Requirements for Classroom Staff $0.25-0.50/hour Will be stated in the employee's offer letter.
Completion of Associate's Degree in ECE
Completion of Bachelor's Degree in ECE
Receiving a Ministerial Credential
