USDA Monthly Updates to the Application Packet

USDA Requires that, each month, before/during submitting claims, the following is modified and send for approval in the SITE application.

Question 14 (Regarding enrollment numbers in the center as well as At Risk)

Question 55 and 57 (Race and ethnicity breakdowns)

All three of these numbers must be harmonious with regard to totals etc. Claims must be submitted one at a time, with approved modifications in between claims. Therefore, if attempting to submit multiple months at the same time, it can only be done in one sitting if the above numbers/measures have not changed.
