ELRC (CCW) Rates

The rates for full time and part time care for preschool and school age can be found here. Please note:

1. Older rates are in another sheet in the document linked below.
2. Young School Age and Older School Age always pay the same rate.
3. 13 years and older is not covered by ELRC.
4. Rates INCLUDE copayments, so totals listed are the ELRC-paid portion and the copayments combined.
5. Part Time is 1 minute to 4 hours and 59 minutes, and Full Time is 5 hours or more. Our 8-1 "Prek Only" is still FT hours.
6. School Age Blended Rate is PT EXCEPT for June 15-August 30. We must agree to this rate even when there are in-service days or ELRC won't pay at all.
