Requests Off

Employees may request off in compliance with Unpaid Time Off, Sick Leave, and Bereavement.

Employees must request the time off through the Zenefits App in order for it to be approved and paid out.

If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled shift, you must speak to your manager on the phone. Slack messages, text messages, emails, voice mails, are not proper forms of requesting off.
