Employee Use of Laundry Equipment

Sprouts laundry machines are provided for organizational and program-related use. Employees may not bring personal clothing, bedding, or other items from home to wash or dry using Sprouts laundry equipment.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether an employee provides their own detergent, laundry supplies, or other materials. The policy is intended to limit personal use and unnecessary wear and tear on organizational equipment and utilities.

Personal clothing or belongings that become soiled or contaminated as a result of an incident occurring while at work may be washed when reasonably necessary.

Other exceptions may be authorized by the Sprouts Director.

Failure to follow this policy or a related management directive may result in corrective action.
