Printer Specs for Printing In House

Our copier has a 1/4" gripper margin so there should be at least 1/4" margin all the way around. There should be no bleeds used because our copier cannot print to the edge of the sheet and we don't print on a larger piece and trim to use bleeds, unless otherwise stated. Bleeds are preferred on the screen images.

Printer Specs for Printing Out of House

Banners and Yard Signs are printed out of house. The specific printer requires high resolution images at least 300 dpi.

Graphics Specs

Every image used should be at least 300 dpi or greater.

Please use Google fonts unless otherwise directed.

Standard requests may include:

1920x1080 pixels for internal TV Screens. No name/address/phone information is needed because it is for internal usage. Please include the church logo. This image should bleed. Please keep the information brief and basic. Remember this needs to be seen from a distance so keep the text large as possible. Photos should be limited to 1 or 2 at the most.

1920x1080 pixels for Facebook post. Name/address/phone information is needed because it is for external usage. Please include the church logo. This image should bleed. Please keep the information brief and basic. You can use more than 2 photos on this image because it is seen mostly on a computer.

1080x1920 pixels for Facebook story. Address/phone information is not necessary because of the purpose. Please include the church logo somewhere. This image should bleed. Please keep the information brief and basic because it is usually only displayed for 10 seconds at a time.

8.5" x 11" (portrait) for internal posters and flyers. No name/address/phone information is needed because it is for internal usage. Please include the church logo. Please leave a 1/4" margin all the way around as our copier will not print bleeds.

8.5" x 11" (portrait) for external posters and flyers. Name/address/phone number and website should be included, along with the church logo. The contact information should be no smaller than 18 point but larger if possible. Please leave a 1/4" margin all the way around as our copier will not print bleeds.

8.5" x 5.5" (portrait) usually for external advertising and should include name/address/phone/website along with the logo. The contact information should be no smaller than 14 point but larger if possible. This file should be given 2 up on 8.5" x 11" with 1/4" margin all the way around and a 1/2" gutter between.

4.25" x 5.5" (portrait or landscape depending on the design) always for external advertising and should include name/address/phone/website along with the logo. The contact information should be no smaller than 10 point but larger if possible. This file should be given 4 up on 8.5" x 11" with 1/4" margin all the way around and a 1/2" gutter between.

7' x 3' banner for external advertising on the building. No name and address are needed but the website is preferred if there is room. Please include the church logo. No font should be smaller than 1" including lower case letters. This banner will need to be seen from a 3 car length distance so the text should be as large as possible and include basic information only. If disclaimer information is required it can be smaller than 1 inch. Image should bleed to the edge of the design. A 2" margin for text should be maintained to allow room for the grommets.

6' x 2' banner for external advertising away from the building. Name and address are needed along with the website if there is room. Please include the church logo. No font should be smaller than 1" including lower case letters. This banner will need to be seen from a 4 car length distance so the text should be as large as possible and include basic information only. If disclaimer information is required it can be smaller than 1 inch. Image should bleed to the edge of the design. A 2" margin for text should be maintained to allow room for the grommets.

24" x 18" Yard signs for external advertising on the church property. No name and address are needed but the website is preferred if there is room. Please include the church logo. No font should be smaller than 1" including lower case letters. This sign will need to be seen from a 3 car length distance so the text should be as large as possible and include basic information only. If disclaimer information is required it can be smaller than 1 inch. Image should bleed to the edge of the design.

24" x 18" Yard signs for external advertising away from the building. Name and address are needed along with the website if there is room. Please include the church logo. No font should be smaller than 1" including lower case letters. This sign may need to be seen from a 3+ car length distance so the text should be as large as possible and include basic information only. If disclaimer information is required it can be smaller than 1 inch. Image should bleed to the edge of the design.

Other size requests may be made as needed.
