ELRC Invoice Generator

To generate the monthly ELRC invoice, open the ELRC Invoice Generator.

When you have finished editing the form the: B1 = total amount of the invoice to be allocated to Preschool B2 = total amount of the invoice to be allocated to School Age B3 = total amount of the invoice to be allocated to After School B4 = total amount of the invoice

DO NOT EDIT THE GREY CELLS

Column A: Enter or verify the care level for which the child is approved.

Column B: Enter the child's last name

Column C: Enter the child's last name

Column D: Enter the number of days the child was in care

Column E: DO NOT EDIT - This column will auto-populate

Column F: Enter the child's co-pay amount

Column G: Enter the number of copayments due that month

Column H: Check the box if the child will receive a registration fee (When it is the child's first month)

Column I: DO NOT EDIT - This cell column will auto-populate

Column J: Enter the department in which the child is enrolled

         "p" = Preschool
         "s" = School Age
         "a" = After School

Column K: DO NOT EDIT - This cell column will auto-populate

Column L: DO NOT EDIT - This cell column will auto-populate

Column M: DO NOT EDIT - This cell column will auto-populate

The rates in Column E can be edited by editing cells T7 - T12
