Slack
Upon hire, you will be given access to our Sprouts channels in Slack, as well as other channels as appropriate. At Brookline Sprouts, we encourage frequent communication via Slack. This online platform allows our team to communicate successes and opportunities within the program to maintain the quality of the program. Parent engagement, student behaviors, facility needs, curriculum, and more can be discussed and implemented via this online platform. It is expected that every employee check Slack at least once per shift or week, whichever is more frequent, but we encourage daily use.
