Grant Meeting

Invited: All People managing a grant, Senior Pastor or Liaison, Treasurer

Frequency: Monthly

Billable: The directors department when permissible, otherwise it is tagged volunteer.

The Grant Meeting takes place on a monthly basis and involves all individuals responsible for managing grants, along with the Senior Pastor or designated liaison and the Treasurer. During this meeting, participants bring their grant requirements to the table for collective discussion. The focus is on reviewing grant reporting metrics and addressing any specific requirements associated with the grants.

At this meeting, every employee that is paid via. grant funds will be required to audit their hours and sign a form attesting to the correctness of their hour allotments.

The treasurer will also confirm that any hours that are listed as "suspense" in our internal system.
