Design Pickle Request Titles

When creating a request in Design Pickle, streamlining the title makes it much easier to search for completed jobs, as well as communicate the department and level of urgency to all others viewing the Design Pickle queue. We can create clear priorities, as well as knowing which department head should be contacted if there are questions. Please follow the format below:

Year of event or due date (4 digits)

Month of event or due date (2 digits)

Department

Event or Purpose

Media Type

Please note:

• If the job is not for a specific event, give it the month you would like it to be complete (i.e. no more edits and ready to go). Be careful to put the END of the month it should be complete, not the month that you need it mid-month. (i.e. Something you would like done by February 20 should have January as the due month.)
• If you need more than 2 types of media, Media Type should be listed as “MULTI.”

• Please see the following examples:
  • You need a full page and ¼ sheet flyer completed for the Sprouts Winter Concert on December 20, 2022. The request should be titled:
    • 2022-12 Sprouts - Winter Concert - flyer 81/2 by 11 and ¼ sheet
  • You need a facebook banner, TV screen, full sheet flyer, and post card for the Craft Show on March 25, 2023. The request should be titled:
    • 2023-03 Worship - Craft Show - MULTI
  • You need a new ¼ sheet flyer to promote the recovery church service, Orchard, on Fridays at 7pm. It’s an evergreen flyer, but you would like it by August of 2023 in time for Breezefest bags. This means, to have it by August 10 (Breezefest), you should give it a due date of July. The request should be titled:
    • 2023-07 Recovery - General Info - flyer ¼ sheet
