Entryway TV/Social Hall TV/Sanctuary TVs
This is for displaying advertisements or information on the large TV screens

• Graphics need to be made 1920 x 1080 pixels and should be a JPG
  • Remember that images on the TVs are seen from a distance so you want to be sure to make the important information as large as possible (Name, date, time)
  • These images are usually displayed and looked at quickly so having too much detail or small print is not recommended.

How do you know if the image text is too small or hard to read?

1. Open the image on your phone.
2. Hold it landscape so the image fills your screen and hold it about 6 feet away.
3. Only give about 30 seconds to view the image before moving it away.

Where you able to read everything?

Then try the same process on an older person to see if they can read everything on it.

If they can read the image then you did good.
If they cannot read the image, you might want to change the text size and/or the amount of information on it.

What about photos?

Always remember, less photos that are larger is better. Save the collage of photos for the printed items.

In order to request an image be shown on the TVs please follow these steps:

• Load the finished graphic to the following folder on Google Drive: Ads-Current
• Post in the task-entryway-tv slack channel
  • Please include the image or description of the image
  • Date the image is to start showing. Default is immediately.
  • Date the image should stop showing. Default is the end time of the event as shown on the image unless otherwise specified.

Images will appear on both the Ramp Entry TV and the Social Hall TV. The same image will also be used to show on the TVs on Sundays, which will also show on the Facebook stream before the services.
