All employees must submit request offs every time they are unable to report to any assigned shifts or unable to go to work during a normal schedule for any reason.
Employees may request off in compliance with Unpaid Time Off, Sick Leave, and Bereavement.
Employees must request the time off through the Zenefits App in order for it to be approved and paid out. If requesting a partial day, the times available MUST be included in the comments, or the request will be denied with a request for re-submission.
Managers may edit request offs to properly assign the request off to unpaid time off, paid sick leave, unexcused absence, or any other category.
If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled shift, you must speak to your manager on the phone. Slack messages, text messages, emails, voice mails, are not proper forms of requesting off. See Attendance Policy for more information.
Work from Home requests have specific policies that need to be followed.
There are a few blocked days in the work calendar where only the Senior Pastor can approve a request off.
