Every staff meeting, volunteer and staff directors are required to present a chart of their goals in their department.

  • Goal line needs to be on it.
  • When the goal line is tied to a budget, it needs to be clearly marked as budget goal. This is separate from a personal goal.
  • If it is related to the budget, there should be a green border
  • X-axis should be dates or frequency
  • If there are multiple charts for your department, the y-axis should be consistent
  • Department should be clearly identifiable
  • It should be clearly tied to your vision sheet
  • Trendlines are optional
  • It should be easy to determine if you missed or exceeded your goal
  • If possible, the first column should be last year's average.
