Plan for At-Risk Attenders

(those missing 4+ weeks are considered “at-risk”)

• After missing 3 weeks in a row, a phone call should be made by someone who has connected to them in an attempt to make sure they don’t fall into the at-risk category.
• After missing 4 weeks, after the phone call above, follow up with a sending a “We Miss You” card
• After missing 5 weeks, rest
• After missing 6 weeks, after a phone call from a director, schedule another phone call with them and Pastor Lance.
• At 9 weeks send another “we’re thinking of you” card

At what point do we stop monitoring their attendance?

• they ask to be removed from our lists/contact
• they let us know they are attending another church or have no further interest in Tree of Life
• They move to another area, too far to travel here
