When an employee is leaving the organization's employment, the following must be considered:
- ☐ Disable the employee's work email account.
- ☐ Remove the employee from private Slack channels.
- ☐ Disable the employee's key fob and/or door codes.
- ☐ Return company credit card and any outstanding reciepts.
- ☐ Collect all company-provided electronics, such as laptops, tablets, and phones.
- ☐ Ensure the resignation letter is received and properly filed.
- ☐ Conduct an exit interview to gather feedback and insights.
- ☐ Announce the departure to Sprouts families, if applicable.
- ☐ Retrieve any company-owned physical property, including paperwork, manuals, or other items.
- ☐ Transfer all work-related documents from the employee’s Google Drive to shared team drives.
- ☐ Terminate the employee in TriNet or the HR program used.
- ☐Alert Aflac dental and/or Accident/STD program to remove them from the program.
- Disable or remove access to the following logins:
- ☐ GoTo
- ☐ UniFi
- ☐ Brightwheel
- ☐ PEARS (including removing them from the contact list)
- ☐ GPCFB
- ☐ Canva
- ☐ Shared Google Drive folders and documents
- Facebook and other Social Media
