Step 1: In Aplos, open the transaction for which you need to create a breakout<br />
<br />

Step 3: <br />

Open Stripe Dashboard<br />
<br />
Click Balances<br />
<br />
Select Payouts<br />
<br />
Click on the amount of the transaction you are breaking out<br />
<br />
Under "Transactions" on the right hand side, click export<br />
<br />
<br />
Step 4:<br />
<br />
Copy columns A through E (Headers: Type - Amount) from the Stripe export onto the Stripe Payout template<br />
<br />
Copy columns G through T (Headers: Converted Amount - planning_center_person_name (metadata)) from the Stripe export onto the Stripe Payout template<br />
<br />
Close the Stripe export <br />
<br />

Step 5:<br />
<br />
On the Stripe Payout Sheet...<br />
<br />
Expand column D (Header: Description) so you can see the full details<br />
<br />
Review the details of Column D and label column F (Header: Designation ''formerly Currency'') accordingly.<br />
<br />
As you label column F, final totals will calculate in E34 - H44<br />
<br />

P=Product<br />
