Sprouts Enrollment Deposits are the SINGLE way for a family to secure a slot/schedule at Sprouts. This is 2 weeks of base tuition of whatever schedule they decide for their child(ren). If the family is subsidized (ELRC), it will be 2 copays or $50, whichever is more. Deposits are due for each enrolled child. Deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Slots are first come, first serve based on deposit alone (not tour date, phone call date, enrollment paperwork, etc.).

The funds can be used as a credit on the account at the end of their enrolled time, only if 2 weeks written (Brightwheel, email, paper letter) notice is given and they are not withdrawing mid-session. If a family experiences some type of hardship and wishes to petition for a refund, it must be outlined in an email to director@brooklinesprouts.com with the reason for the request. This is then sent to the board for voting. The ruling is then relayed to the family via the Director and executed.

The following should be noted:

* Early drop fees do not need to be added to the deposit, but should be noted in the comments as requested.
* Sibling discounts and employee discounts should be applied.
* If a new family, deposits are taken via Wave. Established families wishing to enroll a sibling may have it charged to their Brightwheel account. When accepting cash, the invoice/charge must still be created in order to provide a receipt.
* Once a deposit is paid, it is VITAL that Administration adds the child's name and schedule to the Chimera File (or whichever enrollment sheets file is currently being used). Children should only be added AFTER payment is made.
* Wave invoices should include the following statement in the comments:
*# Enrollment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, but can be used as a credit towards the last 2 weeks of care as long as they stay through the session and proper notice is given.
* Invoices/Brightwheel charges must include the schedule and start date in the comments. (For example: M/W/F 8-1 starting Fall 23-24 school year; or T/R 8-530 starting 2-14-2023)
