Go to the "Offering pp/w/y" tab<br />
<br />
Open the Sunday Attendance sheet<br />
<br />
Scroll to the week you are entering and scroll to the bottom of the chart where the totals are<br />
<br />
Enter the total AM and PM attendees in columns B & C of the Offering pp/w/y sheet<br />
<br />
On the attendance sheet, scroll through and count every time a person was at both services, enter this number into Column D<br />
<br />
Column E will then populate the number of Unique Attendees<br />
<br />

Open PCO Giving<br />
<br />
On the left side, click on Donations List<br />
<br />
Change the date range to the dates on the Offering pp/w/y sheet and Filter by: Fund ->General<br />
<br />
Enter the "donated" number into Column H<br />
<br />
Enter the number of donations into Column J<br />
<br />
Columns I (General/Unique Attendees) and Column K (Giving/ # of Donations) will populate</div>Serenity152102
