When creating a request in Design Pickle, streamlining the title makes it much easier to search for completed jobs, as well as communicate the department and level of urgency to all others viewing the Design Pickle queue. We can create clear priorities, as well as knowing which department head should be contacted if there are questions. Please follow the format below:

* If the job is not for a specific event, give it the month you would like it to be complete (i.e. no more edits and ready to go). Be careful to put the END of the month it should be complete, not the month that you need it mid-month. (i.e. Something you would like done by February 20 should have January as the due month.)
