The following steps will be used for CACFP At Risk After School Checklist

# The Youth Director will use the sign in sheet to take attendance at each meal service.
# The Youth Director will then use the tick sheet to count the number of children served at the point of service (when each child has received a meal). 
# At the month’s end the Kitchen Manager will double check to ensure program integrity.  The Kitchen Manager will audit 3 days at random to double check for accuracy.  Checking that no children from the child care were counted in meals served during the @ risk after school program.   
# If any discrepancies were found by the Kitchen Manager those children will not be counted in the totals.  A note will be made to show which children and why they were removed from the @risk counts with a date, name of person making change and signature.   
# This will be completed by the Kitchen Manager.
