View source for Monthly Reports for Directors

Once the month's financial reports have been completed by Aplos Bookkeeping, each Director should receive an Aplos report that shows all of their financial transactions for that month.  These are typically 1 month behind.  

(Example: Directors receive January reports in February)

To generate these reports...

Open [https://www.aplos.com/aws/client-apps/reports/ Aplos]

Go to Reports

Under “Saved Reports” click on Monthly Transaction List

From the first drop down menu change “This Year to Date” to “Custom” and select a month range

From the second drop down menu “Report Filters”, select “Funds” – Click Unselect All

Select the Fund for which you wish to run a report

Click Apply

Click on “Download”

Save as a PDF

Send the PDF of the report via [https://www.slack.com Slack] to the Director responsible for that fund with the following message:

“Here is your monthly transaction statement for [insert month]!  Please review this report for anything listed that should not be or anything not on their report that should be.  Thank you!”
